One of Barbados’ most storied addresses is entering a new era. The Atlantis Historic Inn, the longstanding property overlooking Tent Bay in Bathsheba, has joined Hidden Gem Collection, a family-owned collection of characterful properties across Barbados, Botswana and the English countryside.
The new stewardship marks the beginning of a considered next chapter for the historic East Coast inn, with the first phase of an extensive renovation set to be unveiled this November. The restaurant, bar, buffet and downstairs communal areas have all been reimagined, alongside a newly renovated pool, bringing fresh energy to the heart of the property while retaining the character and sense of place that have defined Atlantis for generations.
